When lockdown struck and entrepreneur Philip Davison was left furloughed and bored he decided to make the best of his time.
In 2020 he set up Dished Up Deli, a food delivery company. As the business expanded and Philip left his full time position as a catering manager for one of Northern Ireland’s largest companies he quickly became a catering consultant alongside Dished Up Deli.
In 2023 the opportunity arose for Philip to expand his business to include The Hills Bar & Restaurant at Castlereagh Golf Club. In his session Philip will speak candidly about the challenges he faced and how he overcame them.
