Pauline Timoney is a seasoned COO with almost 20 years of experience in IT and business transformation. Currently, as the Head of Entrepreneurship at Catalyst, she leads a team dedicated to providing programmes that support people entering the world of entrepreneurship, with a strong emphasis on innovation, inclusion, and social impact.

Pauline is also the founder of BusinessPT, a consultancy that focuses on optimising business processes, and a co-founder of RoutineRoo, an innovative platform that transform children’s daily routines into personalised, interactive stories and takes the stress out of parenting.
