Lisa Strutt is an experienced leadership coach, specialising in guiding leaders through pivotal transitions such as promotions, career shifts, relocations, redundancy, health challenges, and significant life events like retirement and business exit.
She has worked extensively with a wide range of leaders, from CEOs and C-suite executives to military veterans, aspiring leaders, teachers, and entrepreneurs, helping them focus on what truly matters so they can lead with purpose, make an impact, and build a legacy they can be proud of.
Lisa’s coaching approach is tailored, supportive, and compassionate, grounded in a genuine commitment to the success of those she works with. She helps leaders clarify their vision and values, offering a safe and reflective space to explore personal and professional growth.
As a mental fitness coach, Lisa also supports clients in recognising and addressing self-sabotaging thoughts or behaviours, enabling them to achieve their goals while fostering self-care and resilience.
In 2019, Lisa co-founded Career Reboot with Sinead Sharkey-Steenson, with a mission to support more women into leadership roles in sport. Career Reboot has partnered with organisations including the Irish FA, Ulster Hockey, and the NI Female Sports Forum to champion women’s advancement in sports leadership.
Lisa’s career began in Northern Ireland as a Training Manager in the private sector, where she delivered and sold training programmes across varied audiences. She has held senior roles in local government in the UK, managing large-scale government contracts, building multi-agency partnerships, and leading initiatives like the Children’s University in Hampshire.
An international speaker, Lisa has presented across seven countries on topics such as purpose, vision, values, resilience, relationships, and coaching. Her presentation style is inclusive and engaging, with a focus on actionable insights and meaningful impact.
